Mini Clinic will be held on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15th 2009.
The Mini clinic is a fun opportunity for local kids to learn dances from the UMD Dance Team members. The kids spend the day learning dances, developing teamwork skills, and having fun with other dancers. They will also have the opportunity to perform at a UMD athletic event. Look for more information soon!
Time: Register: 10:30am Clinic: 11:00am-3:00pm Performance: Basketball Game begins at 3:00pm
Where: UMD Sports and Health Center (register in the lobby)
Cost: $30 per dancer (The clinic is open to ages 4-13)
Dancers will receive a UMD Dance Team t-shirt and pom-poms! We ask that they bring black pants to wear for the performance. Please arrive at 10:30am to register the dancers so that we can begin the clinic promptly at 11:00am. The dancers will be split up into age groups to learn a dance from UMD Dance Team members. All dancers should bring a bag lunch. The Basketball Game begins at 3:00pm and the dancers will perform the dance they have learned from the UMD Dance Team during halftime in Romano Gym.
